Service Recognition
2026
Congratulations on your service award. I am impressed every day by the dedication and commitment I see in the extraordinary people I am privileged to work alongside. It is your talent, skill, energy, and enthusiasm that makes Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Your contribution, and that of your colleagues, has earned the respect and admiration of our clients, our dealer partners, the media, and enthusiasts around the world. You should be immensely proud of your unique and invaluable role in shaping our story.
This year, we are recognising 104 colleagues whose anniversaries together represent an extraordinary 1420 years of service. That depth of knowledge and experience is fundamental to our future, and it is particularly pleasing to see celebrations taking place in our regional offices – a powerful reminder that our success is built by people across the whole of Rolls-Royce.
We have marked a number of important milestones this year: the progress on the ongoing site extension at the Home of Rolls-Royce, the launch of Spectre Series II, the introduction of our Coachbuild Collection programme and the announcement of Project Nightingale – a motor car that looks to the past with the confidence of a marque that has always known its future.
Each of these achievements reflects the complex projects that demand collaboration and teamwork across the entire organisation – and every individual plays a vital role.
These are exciting and challenging times for our company, and I am honoured to share this transformational journey with you.
Together with the Board of Directors, and the entire Rolls-Royce family, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for your dedication and distinguished service.
Chris Brownridge
Chief Executive
